Added FAQ section

fixes #6

[x] Added ExchangeSection folder in components folder in src directory
[x] Created index.jsx and data.js inside ExchangeSection folder
[x] Created ExchangeSection folder in public directory and added all images in svg format
[x] Did not hard code the data. Mapped data from data.js to index.jsx file
[x] Created tailwind apply directives for a common background gradient and main background in globals.css file
[x] Added ExchangeSection component to App.jsx file
[x] Maintained proper spacings and paddings
[x] Added responsiveness
