Added job_description_similarity.py in models
Modified regular expression of extract_resume_json.py in utlis

@Hrishikesh332 reference the Issue next time while making a PR. this was issue #50 - JD matching and recommendation of job domains. Also follow the standard approach , create a task list mentioning things done like

[x] Modified regular expression of extract_resume_json.py in utlis so we can track the progress of the PR 🫡
