How do verify a legal entity?

For NGOs in Germany:

For a Network ? For a Project (of a party, network, NGO, ...)

I propose a metric, let's call it a trust score. New accounts start low, but constructive exchange, well appreciated threads, etc... increase it, also successful completing challenges or tasks (some verification process, captcha tiers,..)
