"ongoing discussion": Yes. Needs better planning, majority participation, discussion, voting, etc. Let's not forget that meetings should have agendas with priority and scope predefined. "audience-penetrating narratives/solutions": Great point. Let's make a guideline. Who/Where/How/Why
Wow it's been 11 days? I'm so sorry for going MIA for this long. Unfortunately Ce'est la vie! I'm definitely down for creating the guidelines, or at least putting a mechanism in place for them to be generated and implemented as needed. I'm making a list today based on what/how/why.. you mentioned, and let's go from there.
Hey yall, JJ here, I wanted to first say hi to everyone and that I'm honored to join your team. I am extremely humbled by the amazing work you all have been doing, and hopefully, I can keep up with your great energy 😄
I just wanted to suggest that we should try to have some sort of ongoing discussion (if there isn't one in place already) to develop the most up-to-date and audience-penetrating narratives/solutions we can. These governing directions would be designed according to the organization's value system and current project priorities). They can be a very useful set of ever-updating messaging/ideation directives for our outreach, fundraisers, and overall engagement activities. They could be done on a bi-weekly or monthly basis with necessary rolling updates.
I will add more context and hopefully an example of what I've been working on by tomorrow night.
