I realize this is not in technical terms, but I also realize the relevance to the international health community and international science community.

We Say Ganesh is a Large skin of some sort, and a Cog, and a Spoken Word.

So a transference from NA to NS, or TNA to DNA has occurred with an imbalance, possibly at a gross percentage, and with relative perspective along a fractal curve, this can occur at very low percentages (respecting deltas).

So we assume the following,

Omega, having more horsepower, is said Ra. Why? Pharo always hated something or another.

So if we assume that a pause or buffering is underway, it means there is a brief momentary pause in the genome between transference that causes a mutation, this can result in Cancerous Growth, or too much horse power (i.e. The Cancerous Tree). Something resulting as a Blue code (or a phase of sequences leading to a blue die) is a said french sword, or mana. A possible blockage of Oxides or Oxy-polymers along a particular chain...

So we say Persians are Persimmons, or acids (acetates/acetones) Oilves are Base or even Fatty Acids, or Greek.

So if Greece were suddenly abandoned, there was a relapse in bonds between Carbons (poly-carbons) and the Os. Meaning one rod, or even a dihexl-poli either misshapen, or lacking a sequence has occurred.

Hopefully this key is much help.

The cell extract of a cultured terrestrial Nostoc sp. (UIC 10062), obtained from a sample collected at Grand Mere State Park in Michigan, displayed antiproliferative activity against the HT-29 human colon cancer cell line. Bioactivity-guided fractionation of the cell extract, combined with LC-MS analysis, led to the isolation of two cyclophanes, named merocyclophanes A and B (1 and 2). Their structures were determined by various spectroscopic techniques including HRESIMS, and 1D and 2D NMR analyses. The stereoconfiguration was assigned on the basis of X-ray crystallographic and CD analyses. The structures of merocyclophanes A and B (1 and 2) established a hitherto unknown [7.7]paracyclophane skeleton in nature, as characterized by α-branched methyls at C-1/14. Merocyclophanes A and B (1 and 2) displayed antiproliferative activity against the HT-29 human colon cancer cell line with IC(50) values of 3.3 and 1.7μM, respectively.

leading to:

Numerous studies have investigated association of OGG1 Ser326Cys polymorphism with lung cancer susceptibility; however, the findings are inconsistent. Therefore, we performed a meta-analysis based on 27 publications encompass 9663 cases and 11348 controls to comprehensively evaluate such associations. METHODS:

We searched publications from MEDLINE and EMBASE which were assessing the associations between OGG1 Ser326Cys polymorphism and lung cancer risk. We calculated pooled odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) by using either fixed-effects or random-effects model. We used genotype based mRNA expression data from HapMap for SNP rs1052133 in normal cell lines among 270 subjects with four different ethnicities. RESULTS:

The results showed that individuals carrying the Cys/Cys genotype did not have significantly increased risk for lung cancer (OR = 1.15, 95% CI = 0.98-1.36) when compared with the Ser/Ser genotype; similarly, no significant association was found in recessive, dominant or heterozygous co-dominant model (Ser/Cys vs. Cys/Cys). However, markedly increased risks were found in relatively large sample size (Ser/Ser vs. Cys/Cys: OR = 1.29, 95% CI = 1.13-1.48, and recessive model: OR = 1.19, 95% CI = 1.07-1.32). As to histological types, we found the Cys/Cys was associated with adenocarcinoma risk (Ser/Ser vs. Cys/Cys: OR = 1.32, 95% CI = 1.12-1.56; Ser/Cys vs. Cys/Cys: OR = 1.19, 95% CI = 1.04-1.37, and recessive model OR = 1.23, 95% CI = 1.08-1.40). No significant difference of OGG1 mRNA expression was found among genotypes between different ethnicities. CONCLUSIONS:

Despite some limitations, this meta-analysis established solid statistical evidence for an association between the OGG1 Cys/Cys genotype and lung cancer risk, particularly for studies with large sample size and adenocarcinoma, but this association warrants additional validation in larger and well designed studies.

We conducted a genome-wide DNA methylation analysis in CD19 (+) B-cells from chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients and normal control samples using reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS). The methylation status of 1.8-2.3 million CpGs in the CLL genome was determined; about 45% of these CpGs were located in more than 23,000 CpG islands (CGIs). While global CpG methylation was similar between CLL and normal B-cells, 1764 gene promoters were identified as being differentially methylated in at least one CLL sample when compared with normal B-cell samples. Nineteen percent of the differentially methylated genes were involved in transcriptional regulation. Aberrant hypermethylation was found in all HOX gene clusters and a significant number of WNT signaling pathway genes. Hypomethylation occurred more frequently in the gene body including introns, exons, and 3'-UTRs in CLL. The NFATc1 P2 promoter and first intron was found to be hypomethylated and correlated with upregulation of both NFATc1 RNA and protein expression levels in CLL suggesting that an epigenetic mechanism is involved in the constitutive activation of NFAT activity in CLL cells. This comprehensive DNA methylation analysis will further our understanding of the epigenetic contribution to cellular dysfunction in CLL.
