Describe the bug
Thank you for releasing version 1.8.1; it did fix the duplicate activity record problem reported previously. In running a database update I am now getting SQL errors. I've attached a file that has the Terminal output from the update run.
This is not a critical error as the processes that are failing are not producing data that I commonly use.
