Installation problem Error 1001. user name password #7

The input user name and password are correct, and matches with each other, 
but never passed this step for installation, tried in Window 7, Window 
Vista, with different accounts, all failed.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

log into the machine with the account you are installing qizmt as, and verify 
that 
you can read and write files to \\<hostname>\<install path> if this can not be 
done, 
then this access will need to be set up for tha account that qizmt will run 
under. 
To get the hostname of the server, issue hostname at the commandline.

Also, anything in windows event log from when running installer? The account 
you set 
qizmt to run under needs permissions to run as a windows service.
