clear cache is not as effective as before on Android #117

When users are having problems with locked messages, the first advice is to clear cache. Apparently it does not work will on Android anymore. The workaround is to use the command /clearsession instead.

/discardsession seems to be a workaround but it is buggy on iOs : https://github.com/tchapgouv/tchap-ios/issues/777
