Improve custom light theme #164

A new light theme is currently tested here: https://app-v4.prod.tchap.incubateur.net/

Here is a ticket to collect all bug and improvements:

[x] Dark spaces icons are not visible on the dark sidebar (add border color?)
[x] Simple Notfication badge (dot icon) on the sidebar doesn't have the right color
[x] Mention pills and text have still the old red color (check CSS)
