Update shield color #94

Actually the shield color is blue on Tchap V4. Should we change it on Tchap Android or Tchap iOs ? Web: 178312253-f7a0aee1-034c-4251-89d3-5990d81cd507 Android: Screenshot_1659082998 We need it to have the same color for the device verification.

Indeed, in Tchap v4 this is an heritage of the main color configuration. It seems to be easier changing it in Android and iOS than in Tchap v4. So my advice is that we change it to blue 000091 in Tchap iOS and Android.
