[Mobile Apps] New Layout customisation

Our first implementation of the New Layout (2.2.2) will feature some small design differences from the Element base. Most of them are wording changes based on the taxonomy document that can be found here: https://www.notion.so/mercurial-timer-ec4/Coh-rence-wording-et-taxonomie-8609b804d61849f6aae60e2b33f7accc

Changes for version 2.2.2 :

• [x] Change the main page title to "Accueil" in French
• [x] Replace the "Compose" icon with a "Plus" icon
• [x] Hide/disable the "Log Out" option from the tooltip displayed when taping the user avatar on the top left
• [x] The filter tab "Non lus" should have no "-"
• [x] The filter tab "Personnes" should be renamed as "Directs"
• [x] Plus menu (after tap on "Plus" button) should have the actions reneame das follows:
• Nouveau message direct
• Créer un salon
• Rejoindre un forum

Note for future versions Other customisation will need further analysis for technical feasibility:

• [ ] Replace the user avatar image with a general Tchap logo

@Caroline-lawson Should we also change the filter name "Personnes" with "Directs" ? Also, in the menu behind the "Plus" icon, the current wording is "Commencer une ### discussion". "Personnes" is also used in the sidebar of Tchap Web v4. Let's define a clear taxonomy to have more consistency across platforms and screens.
