User verification should be hidden in Tchap

Element allows user verification, Tchap does not for extra simplicity.

• [ ] hide user verification, accessible from user info panel (see screenshots)
• [ ] hide little shields next to user avatar which indicates verification status

From a room, get the the room info

Then click on a user

@Delphgateau thinks this is not a priority for now, it hasn't caused problems. If this changes we can reevaluate.
