Add visual limits for xadvance and xoffset
Correct behaviour for oblique fonts, thanks to Billy Donahue
Adds a font with a single oblique '!' char to test/, thanks to Billy Donahue

Should fix #9 for slanted fonts

Also,

Do not rely on font name for extracting size and calculating display column width and calculate the display column based on the max yAdvance

Should fix #8 and improve parsing
