Dead end in scenario

In the first episode, when hero is surrounded by three rabbits, there's 2 possibilities of dead end:

• hero can get through the door, like it doesn't exist
• player can save and reload: rabbits will be gone ! And door opened.

In both situation, it leads to a dead end when hero will get outside the cave. Maltus should be there but he won't.
