The global MQTT server is full of invalid/broken messages which should be filtered and not crash the system.

I have added exception handling for the proto parsing
Ignore the JSON messages because they have an equivilent message posted to another topic (See: https://github.com/meshtastic/firmware/blob/master/src/mqtt/MQTT.cpp#L448)
Added option to specify MQTT connection version
