Xiomi Note Video loading take too much time #176

Video is not loading over 4G on xiomi note devices.

While connected with Wifi it works fine with 300Kbps speed but when I connect with 4G Network my videos are stuck for 3-4 minutes even with 1.5 Mbps speed.

Any suggestions from your side would be highly appreciated.
