Redmine 2.0 compatibility #6

Doesn't start with error message: uninitialized constant RAILS_DEFAULT_LOGGER

And installation guide is outdated too (vendor/plugins is not used anymore)

Support for redmine 2.0 is under developing at branch "redmine-2.0". Could you try it by checking out the branch please?

I am going to merge the branch to master after our redmine environment was upgraded to 2.1. Perhaps, around next week.

I have merged the branch which is support for redmine 2.1.0.
