Consider adding a grid block.

This would sort of behave like a core columns block, but using display:grid for greater flexibility. It should/could:

• [x] Lets you pick the number of columns at desktop/tablet/mobile.
• [x] Has a minimum aspect ratio setting.
• [x] Has items you can set to span multiple columns (based on the columns available at a given desktop/tablet/mobile width).
• [x] Has two inner blocks: one that's just simple freeform text, and one that's for core image/video (and object-fit:cover's them). Not sure how to keep this from collapsing with position:absolute... could maybe only do that if aspect ratio isn't set on parent? Otherwise, max width of 100%, but height auto.
• [ ] Consider: made it easy to add blocks to this as variants, e.g. a Pricing block with Price sub-blocks: Price would be available as a regular block anywhere, but the Pricing block would be a Grd variant that only allows Pricing sub blocks—is that possible, to only allow specific sub blocks? Would be SUPER handy.
• [x] Can position items responsively at specific row/column start (works in conjunction with span then). Needs to somehow not conflict with aspect ratio, which sets the first item in the grid as col/row 1 (i.e. if item 3 gets set to col/row 1 with aspect, then the 1st item should switch to col/row auto, unless explicitly set to some other col/row).
• [x] Consider: added vertical alignment on parent and/or on children.
• [x] Supports hide, so e.g. the first item could be set to only show at mobile (and aspect would still work). Ensure this is somewhat separate/easy to remove in case a theme dev decides to remove hide/show, or this grd block.
• [x] Is documented.

I considered #5... I don't know that it's a better idea than creating custom patterns, which aquamin already supports. That way, new blocks are available out of the grid context for e.g. core/columns, and there's no risk of grid bringing too many options to the block that just don't work or make sense, complicating otherwise simple blocks. Probably just use a custom pattern then.

Or, it could make sense to add a new grid item variant which is easy enough to do, and probably still provide that in a pattern to make things less confusing.
