Star rating

User Story: As a user, I will bea able to see star ratings up to 5 for each movie so that I can quickly assess the quality the movie

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given a numeric rating out of 10 from the data, we should convert this rating into a star rating out of 5
• The star rating should display half stars to account for ratings that do not directly map to a whole number
• The conversion should ensure that the star rating accurately reflects the proportion of the original rating out of 10
• The system should round the converted rating to the nearest half-star to maintain a simplified visual representation
• Users should be able to see the star rating on the movie icon AND movie details (modal)

Notes: Use aria-labels describing the rating value for screen readers... The star rating should be consistent-looking on the modal and the icons
