Create a widget to trigger overview similar to Gnomes "Activities" #34

Would be nice if there was a simple widget to trigger overview with a mouse click. It would be a Panel widget.

There is. github.com/Zren/plasma-applet-presentwindows/ has it as an option in its config, if Parachute is installed.
