Return array whit href and text-content #18

Hello,

I was using this module for a project, for which it was necessary for me to include the "text-content", as another return value. Hope you can consider it.

@tcort, this is a breaking change. It looks like the array version of #9

I've added an extended output mode. It includes the text (along with other information) and isn't a breaking change. Thanks for your input and I hope this helps you with your project. I'll be cutting a new release shortly.
