Vegetation parameters #6

Dear prof. Coulthart,
I'm using the latest version of CAESAR (lisflood 1.1d) and I'm not sure I've 
understood the model imput parameters of Vegetation. In case of proportion of 
erosion when vegetation is fully grown (range 0 to 1) means when 0 value is set 
no erosion happens in areas with mature vegetation? In case of grass maturity 
(in years), does this value express in how many years vegetaion needs to be 
mature or it applies to starting conditions of vegetation. How are all the 
erosion processes influenced by Vegetation crit shear value. I'm sorry for such 
fundamental questions but I'm new in this area. Thanks.
