check that LD codebook has all variables that are publicly available #87

go to lok dhaba, browse data (example: https://lokdhaba.ashoka.edu.in/browse-data?et=AE&st=Assam&an=14) - and make sure all variables/column names are also in table 1 of the codebook (google doc link above)

@priyamvadatrivedi Mandate and No_mandate are missing from table 1,2 in the codebook but are available in appendix 1 in the codebook. Moreover in the case of Assembly elections for all the states following variables are missing.

  1. No Terms, Last Party Id, & Mandate.
