Issue of WHITE area and error message in "Winning margin of party Winners:Map" #38

Step 1- Go to the Data Visualization of Election Data tab on Homepage Step 2- Select any state (AP,AP,Assam,Delhi,Goa, Gujarat,J&K, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha,Punjab,Rajasthan, Sikkim,West Bengal) and "Winning margin of party Winners:Map" Problem- There are white areas in the map; the legend is not uniform or Step 2- Select any state(Madras, Mysore, Goa Daman & Diu, Puducherry) and "Winning margin of party Winners:Map" Problem- Error " Cannot open data source" is displayed

we don't have map files for puducherry. For other states it is not a problem as they ceased to exist by 2009 but Puducherry had election in 2011. Either we get it's map file or disable map options for this selection. I suggest to try and get it's shape file.
