Cand_Type data Missing For 2017 Elections - Waiting for pdf's #40

For the column Cand_Type, the data for the following states are missing - Uttarakhand, Manipur, Goa, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. They are states that went to elections in 2017. We are waiting for PDFs of these five that went to elections.
