Disable smooth scroll on maps

The scroll to zoom on the LD maps is too jerky.

We can disable and leave the +/- option on. If possible, we can leave pan enabled. Let's discuss.

Also, after using any zoom controls, the map heading, source, TCPD credit etc. disappears.

i have set minimum and maximum zoom levels for all maps.

@hangal Should dragging(panning) also be deactivated

@mohitkharb it is still too jerky, no? has there been any change? panning should be retained, I think.
