Error display in Visualization Type NOTA Turnout before 2014 #7

On Election Data Visualization Tab on the HomePage, we go to the AE section. On choosing the tab _NOTA, the result displayed on screen is “ no rows to aggregate” . (Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Assam , Nagaland, Madhya Pradesh,Gujarat, Kerala, J&K)

So, the years before 2014 in the dropdown list can be removed and maps 2014 onwards can be displayed. nota1

Also persists for the GE Tab under the Election Data Visualization Tab on the HomePage.

Updated now
