Valid_Votes & Total_Votes_Polled needs to be extracted from ECI and added into primary files #16

Currently Total_Votes_Polled is not present in primary files. Valid_Votes is present but it is calculated through scripts by adding up individual Votes. This can be extracted directly from ECI data and then cross validated by the output of the scripts.

We should add Male Female Electors and voters per constituency as well.

Date of polling also needed to be added.
