This was discovered for 1 constituency (AC_No=24) so far. There could be potentially more.

1) Incorrect number of participating candidate 2) Incorrect Winners 3) Incorrect Votes for Candidates.

Very worrying. How do we systematically look for more instances? What exactly was the error?

This issue was reported by "Making sense of indian elections" project team and the underlying reason was for that year AC #24 and AC #25 candidates were merged in AC #24 only. Same were the issues in maharashtra.

Is this a parsing pattern that can go wrong in other places also? @chinuhub any inputs?
