The lepro-TB section contains a great deal of discussion about each transition and how it gets stratified. It seems like this can be boiled way down because all this is just application of the definition of the simple cartesian product for compartmental models. Let's make sure we have that definition written the way we like it, and then use it to cut this section to its bare bones.
