PIP Does not open when on second monitor #22

@tcpowell It appears this plugin only works when you have Runelite open on your Primary monitor.

I have a Portrait to the right and i am unfocused and nothing pops up.

Appears to only work on the primary.

I cannot seem to trigger the PIP when its on my secondary

Perhaps related to screen bounds?
