Updates to Sahabot that should re-enable support for the ALTTPRLeague, also should not require any additional changes for playoffs support, as that will be moved to LeagueBot instead.

Also, I left as much of your code intact but as comments as possible, as I'm not sure what you actually need removing, although I suspect that most of it can go since you'll no longer have to have particular support for the playoffs.
