maybe it was blocked/hidden by road-block lite anyhow, I believe arderea este problema - ardereaesteproblema.ro is a campaign from Philip Morris Romania ... I saw advertising on YouTube as well

Are you sure it is not disguised advertising from a tobacco company. I think that people could see the webpage as a source of information that has their interest at heart. As far as I know, it points to burning tobacco as being "the issue" rather than inhaling tobacco in any form for recreational purposes. And Philip Morris makes money from tobacco.
