Auto-generate Lexer & Parser #20

Should we add the forks of Alex and Happy as Git submodules, and add some instructions (basically "stack build" I guess)?

Yeah, I think that's the most straightforward way of including this. We'll have to modify submodules though. Should I set up an organization for that?

Sure - I guess that's the cleanest way.
