Allow multiple custom Repositories #10

Would it be possible to add support for multiple custom repos? Our use case is that frontend and backend PRs use different templates. We'd like to distinguish the projects by the regex.

Thanks for the suggestion. Is this for Bitbucket?

We are using Bitbucket but hosted on premise. We therefore use the custom repository setting of your tool.
