TASK: Lighting in Central Hub #131

As a developer, we want a tiled floor where the tiling of the floor is revealed only around the main character (think Legend of Zelda-esque lantern in an underground dungeon).

TASK TEST:

In Central Hub,

  1. There should be a lighting animation (ringed) around the main character
  2. Moving the character around, lighting animation should move with player
