Makefile.in:

Remove atconfig in veryclean
Lexicographic order TESTFILES, and add missing history.at
Support passing arguments to testsuite via $(TESTSUITEFLAGS). E.g., "make check TESTSUITEFLAGS=5-10" will test groups 5-10.

tests/testsuite:

Enable color tests.
Add banners before each test group collection
Consistent () to macro arguments (for vim syntax highlighting).
Consistent double-blank-line between test groups.
Include testfiles in lexicographic order.
