I've gone through NewThings, Fixes and the man page, and most things were mentioned in Fixes, some mentioned in man under NEW FEATURES or with (+) annotations, and the only thing I couldn't find anywhere was a mention of the cursor not moving when switching modes in vi line editing mode (line 94; I couldn't tell if it's a "fix" or what, and checkin comments weren't helpful to eyeball the commit).
I've merged in the 5.19.00 section from NewThings into Fixes (which also predates the repo history! So I don't know the exact date) and deleted NewThings.
