Convert to Harp app #41

What do you think about making some changes to this so it takes full advantage of Harp? Mainly using Harp to compile the .less to allow development to happen without Codekit or another compiler. Thoughts?

I'd be happy to do this, if you agree. I'm thinking if we move this to Harp then I can use it as an example for our ideal workflow -- no MAMP and no CodeKit, which I think will further reduce the barrier to building apps.

I think this is a solid idea. I'm all for having one less app running in the background!

I'm going to go ahead and close this because I'm going to add a grunt functionality to riffstrap, which will build in a great deal of this capability. Related issue: tcu360/riffstrap#5
