Run the last installed TC Version Added Option to force to a specific TC Version

@Beidendorfer For future reference, it seems like GitHub didn't add you as a contributor as it seems you didn't use your GitHub account when you commited the code. Just for your information, if you want to be added as contributor you need to use the GitHub account when commiting.
