Add variant handling to TcUnit-Runner #25

Add an (optional) parameter to select variant (available since 4024.0). If a variant isn't provided, TwinCAT uses the latest selected variant by default (stored outside the project?).

Make sure to implement the following rules:

if anything < 4024.0 is loaded AND the option is provided, the user gets an error message
if a variant is provided, and that variant is not available in the configuration, the user gets an error message
