FindTwinCATProjectFile to ignore standalone projects tspproj file #35

added an extra condition to ignore the standalone project file ".tspproj". This is only required if solution contains both a standalone and a XAE project.

Hi! Sorry for late review. What does it mean "standalone" and XAE project? Do you have an example of a solution like this?

Hi! I believe what @awon369 meant with standalone project is a "standalone PLC project". Standalone PLC projects cannot be executed, which makes sense for them to be ignored.
