Add an option for disabling the usage of TcXAEShell environment in case of Visual Studio 2017 and TcXAEShell are installed on the computer.

In addition, you will find below a file, that should be renamed with the *.yml . .gitlab-ci.md

This file is usefull for a gitlab-ci pipeline, (a gitlab-runner instance).
