This will allow the code to detect squad operations without needing to be in the same instance, and will allow to differentiate an instance joining/leaving from a squad joining/leaving. Moreover, we will know who the commander is, and the lieutnants (if it's somehow useful?)

[ ] Blish HUD needs to listen to the new data from the updated arcdps-bhud, and expose to modules it in its ArcDPS service link to issue
For a better UX, we need to integrate SquadTracker with ArcDPS Unofficial Extras (https://github.com/Krappa322/arcdps_unofficial_extras_releases)
