:gem: New student page and ChakraUI component library

:arrow_up: Bumped React version to 18.2.0

:heavy_plus_sign: Added ChakraUI as a new component library

A Chakra theme has been created using the styling and colors already present.
The button component was deleted and replaced with the Chakra button component.
New pages and components should be made using Chakra components from now on, simplifying UX design and refactoring common styling.

:sparkles: Added information page for new students

:camera: Tab with info about fadderuka
:camera: Tab with About TD page content
:camera: Tab with FAQ

:lipstick: Rewrote About TD page

Updated the information to reflect the new board
Rewrote design with Chakra

:sparkles: Updated footer to include HSP
