Seems not to be working on HP Compaq 8510w

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I Installed the latest version of Two Finger Gestures
2. I Rebooted
3. I tried in Google Chrome to see if it working.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to be working, but when I wipe two fingers simultaneously, 
the cursor just swipes across the screen and sometimes it just 'teleports'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I don't know where to check the version of my product, but I'm currently 
using Windows 7 build 7600

Please provide any additional information below.
At first I had the problem with 'Synaptics kernel driver registry key 
missing' but then I launched it as the administrator and it worked, but now 
I don't know why I can't scroll, because the program is running. Please 
Help

I have an HP Compaq 6910 using Synaptics TouchPad v6.2. I do not see where (or 
if) I
activate the 2-finder scrolling option which I just installed (v1.0.6).

Correction.

I rebooted as was needed per the software. After that, I did not know I needed 
to
manually launch the utility and then select for it to start when Windows 
launches. It
works great now. Thanks!
