Infection while the tank is dying leads to a healthy player #136

When a tank dies it is replaced immediately with the hero infected or healthy depending on the owner player group. The hero is then revived. Maybe the replacement of the random infection takes place while the hero is dead? Is the revival atomic or delayed?
