Random infection after a player leaves might suck after nuclear air strike #59

Use Case: You call an air strike as healthy person. All infected die. Your whole team is alive and has to wait now. You get randomly infected because the dead infected rage quits. Now you are alone, well shit.

Either remove the random infection or just win the round when all infected die.

Easier way: Detect if the quitting infected was dead or not!!!!
