Use the singleplayer campaign menu for the English and German campaign

Instead of providing a custom campaign, replace the TFT campaign entries by the German and English campaign:

• The campaign maps need a custom "Import Campaign.j" file which is imported by "Import Dmdf.j" it should be in another directory and define a boolean constant "DMDF_IS_CAMPAIGN", so IsCampaign() can still work.
• Replace the entries in the War3Mod.mpq in the corresponding .txt files.
• We need now two different War3Mod.mpq archives and therefore two different installers: German and English. Implement two different installation scripts and update the documentation.

This helps new players to find the campaign more easily.

It works as before with a different war3map.w3u unit data file which contains a unit called "IsCampaign".
