Port to Warcraft III: Reforged #159

After completing #157 we could try it in Warcraft III: Reforged. The World Editor seems to be the same. It does still allow you to create custom campaigns.

It would be easier to just release the Talras map as 6 player Reforged map with all the resources imported. It would only be possible if it is around 256 MB: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/warcraft3/t/is-the-size-of-custom-map-still-limited-to-128mb-or-bigger/7137/18 Otherwise use a singleplayer campaign and remove all the other stuff.
